Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients
  • 3 tblsp Sugar
  • 3 tblsp Water
  • 1/3 cup Fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup Lime juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 Thai chilies (prik kee noo), minced
  • 1 Shallot, thinly sliced

Mix together the sugar, water, fish sauce, and lime juice in a bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the garlic, chili, and shallot and leave to stand for 30 minutes before serving.
