Fried Rice with Spicy Sauce PDF Print E-mail

  • 2 tblsp Corn oil
  • 750 gm Cooked rice

Phrik Nam Plaa Sauce
  • 50 ml Fish sauce
  • 10 Fresh small green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sliced shallots
  • 1/4 tsp Palm sugar
  • 1 tblsp Lime juice
ImageMix all the sauce ingredients together to make the Phrik Nam Plaa.

Heat the oil in a wok and add the rice. Mix well and stir fry for 1 minute. Add 3 tblsp of the Phrik Nam Plaa sauce, mix and stir fry for another minute. Remove from the heat and serve.
